16 children rescued from human traffickers

Sixteen children and two adults from the Democratic Republic of Congo were rescued from alleged traffickers after they were found stranded at the Railways Station bus terminus. The sixteen say they are refugees who had taken a four day trip to seek asylum in Kenya but children’s rights NGO The Cradle believe they were about to be trafficked . Police are investigating the matter.
