ICC prosecutor, Luis Moreno Ocampo, is expressing confidence that the post poll perpetrators will be facing the courts of justice before the end of next year. The ICC prosecutor believes he has a strong case against the suspects that will enable him to get the permission of the ICC judges to swing into action. Ocampo addressed a press conference this morning before he left the country.
