It is not clear yet whether transport minister Chirau Ali Mwakwere will file an appeal against last Friday’s ruling that cut short his time as Matuga Member of Parliament. And as NTV’s Robert Nagila reports Mwakwere is facing tough choices between a costly appeal process and an equally expensive by-election.
