Automate to fight graft: Ndemo

As the debate over how to tackle corruption rages on, it is becoming clear that the automation of government processes could provide a new front in the war against graft. According to the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Communications, Dr. Bitange Ndemo, use of automated processes could save the government billions in terms of revenue lost through deliberate theft.
