IEBC wants polls before January 2012...

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission says it will propose to President Mwai Kibaki and Prime minister Raila Odinga to dissolve the grand coalition government by October to pave way for the general election before January 2013. This follows a high court ruling that said elections can be held anytime after the expiry of parliaments term in January or after the dissolution of the coalition government.
