Kenya has told off Egypt for its laxity to sign the Nile basin agreement that would allow equitable utilization of and benefit from the common Nile basin water resources. Kenya became the 5th country to sign the agreement after Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Tanzania. Water minister charity Ngilu signed the agreement on behalf of the country this morning at the ministry’s headquarters in Maji house.
