Kisumu accident claims 25 lives

The death toll in the horror road accident in Kisumu last night has now risen to 25. Rescuers battled for most of the night trying to remove bodies from the wreckage. Witnesses say the accident occurred when a lorry rammed into a matatu that had stopped at a road block on the Kisumu-Kakamega highway.
