City Council eyes ‘commercial sex corner’

The Nairobi City Council is planning to give commercial workers a licence to operate freely in the Central Business District. The Mayor George Aladwa says he has received petitions from hundreds of twilight girls who claim they are harassed by city askaris while on duty.
