Saitoti: Culprits apprehended

Police officers who took part in the fatal shootings of seven taxi drivers in Kawangware have been arrested. Internal security Minister George Saitoti says the administration police officers stand interdicted as investigations commence. The internal security minister however contradicted himself after he claimed the officers acted in self-defense during the fatal shooting.
