The residents scampered for safety in a nearby police post, which is when he turned on the police. Unfortunately for the man the police officer was armed with a G3 rifle. Some allege the man had been mentally unstable for three days, though what may have brought this condition is unknown. However, human right activists say the police officers in this case were too quick to act, seeing as the man was alone. He was taken to hospital where he died.</description>
