The national volleyball junior team have to learn the hard way. The team is under Japanese coach Irisawa Hide who is not fluent in English and has to call out instructions through two interpreters as well as gestures. The team is preparing for the continental qualifiers for the inaugural youth Olympics slated for mid August in Singapore.
